We are about a three minute walk to one of several beach access points on First St. We have a large wagon available to renters to make carrying beach chairs easy. We are less than 10 minutes to a newer Lowe’s Foods grocery store and about 20 minutes to a Super Wal-Mart. By boat you can easily access the ocean via Shallotte Inlet, and also several restaurants close by – Giggling Mackeral, Sharkey’s, and Holden Provision Co.
