Located on Blaine Creek ( a marsh tidal creek) which leads directly to the Intra - Coastal Waterway, you can enjoy canoeing and kayaking directly from our private dock. Also great for fishing and crabbing. Bird watchers can sit on the back screened porch to watch egrets, kingfishers, herons and other seasonal birds in addition to to an occasional Bald Eagle. The house is situated so that you can see both the sunrise and sunset from various decks. It is an easy bike ride down 40th street to the ocean. Turn right on the beach and head to Bird Island. It includes extra living space with an upstairs loft featuring its own bedroom on one side and TV/Office space on the other. Below are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
