It has the best activities, beaches, golf, dining, fishing, shopping, boating, fishing charters, turtle and dolphin watching, night time crabbing, day trips and all kinds of beach activities.

By staying with us, you'll never have to go further than the condo to have a great time; you can enjoy swimming in the pool, or if you want, enjoy the ocean water, just walk down the steps, or take the elevator. Our condo is located directly on the ocean/beach. A few short beach steps away is the Isle Restaurant for an enjoyable lunch or dinner. The Island offers a variety of activities including the water slide, miniature golf, fishing at the pier, arcade, visit the museum. During the summer months enjoy FREE concerts on the coast.

If you want to leave the Island, there are plenty of activities within close proximity. Within 8 miles of OIB there are 20 golf courses. Just a short 45 minute drive to Myrtle beach for plenty of shopping. The battleship of NC is in Wilmington NC. A 10 minute drive to Calabash, the seafood capital of the world.
