Beachrentalsdirect.com enables owners to rent their house or condo themselves.

Renters come out ahead by not having to pay reservation fees and other add ons.

Some of our subscribers rent their property completely themselves while others are using it as a supplemental advertising vehicle to get more renters interested in their property and then direct them to their rental management company.

When you find the property that you’d like to rent simply email (or call) the owner to make the arrangements! Please contact the owners directly to reserve your rental!

The cost is minor compared with the results. Is your house booked 100% of the year? Why not increase your rentals for a mere $350 per year and a one time $50 set up fee.

TO GET STARTED:

All we need is for you to download this information sheet/agreement form with info about your property. You email that back any photos that you’d like us to use and we go to work creating a page for your property on BeachRentalsDirect.com. Its that easy!

If you need us to take photos that can be arranged.

Please feel free to add any extras that you don’t see on the form. We don’t always think of everything.

We encourage people who are skeptical to go to the site and contact owners on there at random by email or phone and ask THEM about it. We feel certain that any of them will tell you that their results are fantastic.
