Windjammer HH offers FREE WIRELESS INTERNET service for your business or personal needs. Each bedroom has ceiling fans to ensure a good nights rest. Sleeping accommodations are for fourteen. The lower level has two bedrooms, one queen and two doubles. The three bedrooms on the upper level have one king, one queen and two doubles. The family room is tastefully decorated, has updated laminate flooring and boasts a comfortable leather recliner that overlooks the ocean. Located on the prestigious and gated west-end of the island, Windjammer HH is a well appointed, two-story, ocean side condominium with five large bedrooms and five full baths dedicated to each bedroom. Enjoy gracious beach living with ocean side views and private beach access for owners and guest only. Outdoor showers are located at the beach access for your convenience. There are no streets to cross and the unspoiled beach awaits you just steps away.
There are only eight units in this complex, and Windjammer HH is the only unit with an ocean view. You will have access to one of the largest pools on the island along with a spacious sun deck equipped with lounge chairs for your relaxation and comfort to be used exclusively by Windjammer owners and guests. Barbeque grills and picnic tables are located by the pool for your cookout convenience. There is parking for three vehicles at the unit with additional parking in an adjacent lot. You will have access to a lockable storage closet located underneath the condominium equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys. This unit is very spacious with over 2,000 square feet of living space. It is heated and cooled with a two-zone system for your comfort. A full size washer and dryer are located upstairs for your laundry needs.
Tax NOT included (13.75%: 6% Town & County, 7.75% NC Sales & Use Tax). The below prices DO include cleaning by our private cleaning firm after your departure, for (4) Night stays or greater. For (3) Nights or less, cleaning is not included and would be an additional $150.00.
