IN ORDER FOR OUR GUESTS TO MISS ALL OF THE SATURDAY AFTERNOON CHECK-IN AND SATURDAY MORNING CHECK-OUT TRAFFIC IN SEASON, THIS HOME IS OFFERED SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ONLY after 8/15/20. This gives you your Saturday , your last day, with a much less crowded beach from about 10am to 4pm and its pretty marvelous! And remember... full week rentals only in season, Sunday to Sunday.

2021 will be our fifth year renting our still new house. We are excited that our first four years went great, and we welcome many of you back again in 2021. The house is located in one of the premier locations on the island at E. 2nd Street and Greensboro Ave.

It has a spectacular, unobstructed, ocean view from the front of the house and an equally gorgeous view of the marsh inter-coastal waterway and southern sunsets in the back. You will enjoy all of this beauty and yet have less than 100 steps to the beach access!!!

The house has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and will comfortably sleep up to 17. Each bedroom comes with its own TV, internet access and wi-fi, and ceiling fan.
