This section of the oceanfront triplex offers 5 bedrooms plus small bonus room and 5 bathrooms. The entire oceanfront triplex shares a pool and two beach accesses. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, 6 cable TV’s, DVD players, wireless internet, sun decks, a shared gazebo, and an outdoor shower.

On the main level there is the King master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a bathroom off of the hallway. There is also a bonus sleeping area that is a room with a Double/Single bunk bed. Upstairs there are four bedrooms that each have two Queen beds and there are three hallway bathrooms.

There is a $300.00 departure cleaning fee. Rent includes bed linens and bath towels with beds made upon arrival. Accommodates 20.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. 

Rent all three of these units for family reunions or weddings and have everyone under one roof! All three units sleep 60 in total. Call for details.
