Our Windjammer II unit DD is one of only eight units in this attractive two-level building and only one of four that overlooks a large swimming pool and deck area. Our unit has two large covered decks that are sunny in the morning and have wonderful afternoon shade. A perfect place for dining and watching the family enjoy the pool. Two overhead remote control fans with lights are attached to each level of decks for those times when you need an extra breeze. Spacious sunning and eating areas surround the pool area. This unit is not ocean front, your private walkway to the beach is only a few steps away! One of the newest condos on Ocean Isle Beach is Windjammer II and added to all of the upgrades that we have completed including entire new flooring in 2021, your beach experience will be one of casual luxury!. Our condo is extremely spacious offering 2300 heated square feet plus two large covered porches that overlook the pool and sundeck area.

The kitchen is large and open with a breakfast bar. Completely stocked for all of your needs – utensils, small appliances, plenty of cabinet space. We provide a high chair for the little ones. The living room area in this condo is very spacious – larger than most of the beach houses! Access to the large first level porch is either through the living room or the dining room and there is plenty of space and chairs for outdoor eating and relaxing. We have provided numerous games and a large ‘library’ for your reading pleasure.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: COCONUT CABANA IS ON STILTS; THERE IS A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO ACCESS THE MAIN LEVEL. PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BRING OR RENT SHEETS AND TOWELS. YOU ALSO NEED TO BRING DISPOSABLES LIKE TOILET PAPER, SOAP, DETERGENT AND TRASH BAGS.

The master and second bedrooms are on the main level. All six bedrooms are spacious with nice sized closets. The bedding is: 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 2 DOUBLES, 2 DOUBLES. There is also room for crib set up in many of the bedrooms.

The second floor level has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two of the four bedrooms on the second level have a large porch which overlooks the pool and sundeck area. Enjoy relaxing in one of many swivel rocking beach chairs. Three of the 4 bathrooms in this condo have stall showers. Master Bedroom on first floor has a bathtub.

Ocean Isle has tremendous advantages over the Northern Outer Banks beaches. Our beach is wide and gently sloping with no drop offs and our water temperature is warmer.

New carpet and bedding and completely painted throughout. Living area is very spacious – larger than most of the beach homes!
