Bella Vista has been our beach home since 2021. We always planned to share our home with family, friends and guests so we added all of the special touches to make it feel like a home away from home.

Everything the house offers

A large private pool with waterslide, elevator for easy access, a gas fireplace inside or a solo stove outside for cooler evenings — BellaVista is fully equipped for a memorable stay.

All the necessary amenities are offered so you can enjoy every moment of your stay in and around the home. Beauty is viewed from every window, with spectacular views of the Atlantic from the front of the house and the vast marsh leading to the intercoastal waterway from the rear.

Vacations are for fun, relaxation, and making memories with loved ones and dear friends and we hope Bella Vista will create a lasting experience that you talk about for years on end.

Ocean Isle is a magical destination and if you have the urge to explore the island or surrounding areas, you have a host of fabulous restaurants, entertainment options, excursions, golfing, parks and recreation for all ages just a short distance away. Please be our guests and experience all that OIB has to offer.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and will comfortably sleep up to 10.

Our oversized pool and waterslide are the highlight of our guest’s experience, with games, pool toys and rafts, lounge and beach chairs, and umbrellas if you need a break from the sun.

After a day at the beach, relax at your own private pool, complete with lounge chairs, outdoor shower and gas grill.
