Downstairs there’s an oceanfront bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The street side bedroom has a queen. There’s a bathroom off the hallway. Upstairs are three bedrooms (Queen, 2 Doubles, and 2 Doubles) that have access to two hallway bathrooms, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in loft. Enjoy features such as central heat & air, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, foosball, 3 TV’s, 3 DVD player, phone, wireless internet, food processor, wet bar with icemaker. This home is beautifully decorated and has fantastic views of the ocean and sound. Soundside dock for fishing at high tide. Private heated oceanfront pool (80 degrees), summer season only, and two hot/cold outside showers. Located on private west end, the beach has shallow ocean tidal pools when the tide is going out, for young children to play in, and offers great view of sunrise and sunsets from the decks. The house is the fifth house from the west end of the island, so the beach is never crowded. No drop-offs of the ocean bottom. There are ten wood rockers to enjoy your evenings out, and a large picnic table on the covered back deck. They also stock pool floats, boogie boards and beach chairs in the downstairs storage room.
