2024 will be our 8th year renting our still new house. We are excited that our first six years went great, and we welcome many of you back again in 2024. The house is located in one of the premier locations on the island at E. 2nd Street and Greensboro Ave.

It has a spectacular, unobstructed, ocean view from the front of the house and an equally gorgeous view of the marsh inter-coastal waterway and southern sunsets in the back. You will enjoy all of this beauty and yet have less than 100 steps to the beach access!!!

The house has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and will comfortably sleep up to 17. Each bedroom comes with its own TV, internet access and wi-fi, and ceiling fan.

There is a large living room with a wide screen TV on the upper floor and a perfect sitting area/play room on the first floor, which features an arcade style video game with 60 different games!!! An elevator will make going up and down between levels a whole lot easier, especially for bringing in your luggage and groceries!!

If you have a young child we have a pack-n-play, a baby gate at the top of the stairs and a booster seat.

The modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes complete with dual dishwashers. Enjoy your family meals together on the large dining table and kitchen counter seating.

Have your breakfast, relax and read your favorite book in one of our comfortable rockers, or make memories sharing warm Ocean Isle evenings with family and friends, while taking in the beauty and sounds of the beach on one of the over-sized front porches located on each floor.

After a day at the beach, relax at your own private pool, complete with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, dining table and chairs, barbeque grill and incredible tiki bar.

The pool is one of the larger ones on the island at 13′ x 25′.
