THE LOCATION: This Oceanview luxury condominium is on Ocean Isle Beach, NC, a seven mile long island with south facing sand beaches.  You will have views of the ocean and marsh from the beautiful, large deck.  This condo is just a 3 minute walk to the beach.  It is also only a quick 8 minute walk to tennis courts, club house, and the pool.

THE SPACE consists of 1700 sq. feet of living area.  There is a well-equipped kitchen and a full size dining table plus a breakfast bar. There is plenty of seating for the entire family.

THE AMENITIES include ceiling fans in all rooms, TVs in both the living room and all bedrooms.  The kitchen is well equipped and the condo has a washer and dryer for your use.  Everything you need to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and fun.

PROPERTY DETAILS: This Second Floor condo sleeps 12, 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed each, 1 bedroom has 2 full/double beds, 1 bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds; each bedroom has its own private bathroom

This place was suited just for us. This condo was great, had plenty of room and baths. View from the back deck, seeing turtles and ducks thrilled my grandkids. This was our first time visiting OIB and we chose the right place! The condo was absolutely beautiful and fit our needs very well with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The property held our party of 8 very well providing plenty of room and we were not tripping over each other. It is located very close to the beach and the pool facilities were top notch. The owner was very responsive and helpful, we could have not asked for better service. The condo has an amazing patio with comfortable furniture and a hammock. It is beautifully decorated and clean.
