With its white, sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets, it is no surprise that Holden was voted one of America’s top 10 family beaches. This house is located across the street from the beach and on the 2nd row. Beach access is across the street and one house down. You will have great views of the ocean from the massive decks on the front of both levels.

THE SPACE consists of 2630 sq. feet of living area and utilizes an inverted floor plan. The house is tastefully decorated with a soothing, neutral palette. Just completed for spring/summer of 2017, this gorgeous property is available in April of 2017. There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, making this house very comfortable for 18 guests. The first floor includes 3 bedrooms and a den, and the second floor has 2 more bedrooms. An elevator makes this house handicap friendly. This is a low allergen environment as neither pets nor smoking is permitted.

THE AMENITIES are many, beginning with covered parking and lighting. You will also have access to a 14 x 26 private pool and outdoor shower (the pool can be heated for an additional fee). A Tiki bar houses the outdoor TV. Smart TVs are in the main areas on both floors. A four-seater golf cart is also included for bookings made after December 7, 2016, for dates of June 3 through August 25. A portable crib and high chair are available for your use.

PROPERTY DETAILS:
First floor: 1 king bedroom, and 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. All three rooms have private baths, there is also a pull out queen sofa in the 1st floor den area.
Second floor: 1 master bedroom with private bath and custom walk-in shower, and a room with 2 sets of bunks (4 twin beds) which shares bath with main floor living area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Refer to rental policy for more information. Pets and Smoking are not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property. Linens are not provided but can be rented. Contact us for information.
