THE LOCATION: This Canal front home is on Holden Beach NC, the perfect spot to enjoy a coastal vacation. With its white, sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets, it is no surprise that Holden was voted one of America’s top 10 family beaches. The front and back decks on both levels guarantee nice views of the Inter-coastal Waterway. What makes this property even more special is the private dock. You can go fishing right off your 12 x 12 dock, or bring your boat; there is a quick entrance to the Inter-coastal. This house is about a 10 minute walk to the public beach access located at the end of Dolphin Dr.

THE SPACE consists of 2000 sq. feet of living area utilizing an inverted floor plan. It is tastefully decorated with a soothing, neutral palette. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a master with private bath and custom shower. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and connects to a full bath on this floor. The second floor bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom shared with the main living area. This house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. An elevator makes this house handicap friendly. Guests will appreciate the low allergen environment as neither pets nor smoking is permitted.

THE AMENITIES are many, beginning with covered parking and lighting. The addition of a wet bar on the 2nd floor adds more convenience as does the outdoor shower. It gets even better: Included is a 6-8 person HOT TUB! Smart TVs are also in the main areas on both floors.
