THE LOCATION: This Canal front home is on Holden Beach NC, the perfect spot to enjoy a coastal vacation. With its white, sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets, it is no surprise that Holden was voted one of America’s top 10 family beaches. This gorgeous canal front house has its own private dock! Its just a 10 min walk to the public beach access.

THE SPACE consists of 1860 sq. feet of living area utilizing an inverted floor plan. It is tastefully decorated with a soothing, neutral palette. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master with private bath and custom shower. The second floor has another master, also with private bath and custom shower. This house can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. An elevator makes this house handicap friendly, and ramps are installed allowing for easier access to pool and deck areas.

THE AMENITIES are many, beginning with covered parking and lighting. You will also have access to an 11 x 23 private pool and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are in the main areas on both floors. This is a low allergen environment as neither pets nor smoking is permitted.

First floor: 1 master with king, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds
Second floor: 1 master with king size bed and custom shower

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
House will have a private dock for use of a boat right at the house. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Refer to rental policy for more information. Pets and Smoking are not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property. Linens are not provided but can be rented-contact us for information.

We had never been to Holden beach prior to this trip and we loved it so much we are already planning our return. This house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for an amazing week at the beach. The pool area was amazing and we spent a lot of time there. We absolutely LOVED being able to have our boat right there docked at the house. Taking the boat to dinner with the family at Provision Company was so much fun! The owners were fantastic, responding to everything we needed immediately.
